Always a stationer never a bride...I'm the owner and creative director of Lilywillow Paper & Press
Motivated by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the creation of beautiful and unique communiqué, I combined my professional experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising, and publishing with a personal interest in fine art, paper, typography, illustration, and printing to start Lilywillow Paper & Press.
Working in design, marketing and business development capacities the past seven years, in roles ranging from Assistant Art Director with KC Weddings Magazine to the Manager of Marketing and Business Development with a prominent Pittsburgh, PA architectural firm, I began the planning and development of the business in 2006. Deciding to dedicate myself full-time to Lilywillow, the company was relocated to Eaton, Colorado in late 2007 and we made our debut at The National Stationery Show this May.
I now make my home and office in a 1920’s farmhouse on the eastern plains of Colorado. With spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains to the west and miles upon miles of farmland and prairie to the east, life with my three dogs, two horses, and assorted other little wild creatures is pretty darn near perfect.
All things paper, dogs (Weimaraner addict), horses (Quarter Horse owner), good strong coffee, flea markets, old photographs, spring rain, books and reading, living in the country (read rooster wake-up call), broadway musicals, assorted television shows, etc.
